Known as "America's Team," the Braves hail from Atlanta Georgia's Turner Field. The Atlanta ball club was originally named the Boston Red Stockings and was founded in Boston, Massachusetts in 1871. One of two remaining National League charter franchises, they moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 1953 where they were known as the Milwaukee Braves. The team finally found their home in Atlanta Georgia in 1966 where they have since had a ridiculous streak of National League East Division wins (a whopping 11 titles earned from 1995 to 2005). No doubt as to why they have such a strong fan base!
